Our Trip to Deborah and Daniel's

The end of October, we went to Texas for Andrew (Daniel's brother) and Ruth's wedding.

We enjoyed visiting with the Beemans one afternoon.

Andrew is a firefighter, so Deborah and a crew of helpers made these cute cookies for the rehearsal dinner.

Hugh's favorite pastime in the car was drawing "star-bellied sneetches".

We stopped at the Bass Pro Shop for a few minutes as we came through Memphis.  Hugh and Katherine loved seeing all the animals!

Corn Maze

One evening in October, some of us and some cousins went to a local corn maze.

Hudson wanted to lead the way through the maze.

He was a great leader, and took us right through in no time, with only one wrong turn!

At the end of the maze there were a lot of different activities for the kids to enjoy.

This giant slide was tons of fun!!!

 

Once it was totally dark, we decided to go through the maze again - it was much more of a challenge then, and made for a lot of laughs.
