The
Quartetto d'Amici (Italian for "Quartet of Friends") is a
newly-formed local group, comprised of long-time friends and musical
collaborators James and Hope Gallagher and Amanda and Melissa Smith.
The quartet will be presenting a delightful program of classical
music, ranging from the familiar "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik"
by Mozart, to a rarely performed piece by Boccherini. Admission is
free.
Here's a little sampling of what you will hear at the concert Saturday night.
