Chime Choir

Our church recently bought a set of Choir Chimes from another church in our area.  We had our first Chime Choir practice on Sunday.

I like that the choir brings together people of all ages and musical abilities.

Once they have had a few more weeks to practice, I'll try to post some videos of the choir.

Two Mile Fun-Run

On Saturday some of us and some friends ran a 2-mile fun-run as part of a Family Fitness Day at the local park.  Here is our little group before the run.

MCYR's Pigskin Party

On Saturday the McNairy County Young Republicans hosted a watch party during the Tennessee-Oregon football game to raise funds for next year's local candidates.

The party was held at the Crazy K Ranch in Michie.  I liked the backdrop of hills and cattle behind the event center.
