Broomcorn Festival

This year our family had 2 booths at the Broomcorn Festival in Selmer. We sold crafts and baked goods.

Here are some of our baking ingredients

Cookie dough

Marshmallow treats

Our little friend Tony enjoyed watching us make them!

Sarah made these neat hairband lollipops.

Banana bread

Melissa made 17 loaves of sourdough bread

Hope made these cute pumpkin rice-krispie treats.

Brylee had her own lemonade stand

Our friends, the Berrys and Bartons, had 2 booths right across from ours.
Mr. Berry was selling hand-made cutting boards, animal calls, rolling pins, and trivets.

Mrs. Berry and her daughters, Sandee and Rebecca, were selling the beautiful pottery they make.

Our table with bread and cookies was swarmed with people all morning!

All the bread (25 loaves) sold before noon

The cookies sold out quickly as well.

Of course the children loved the marshmallow treats
