Salsa

We have an abundance of tomatoes and peppers right now, so Amanda, Deborah, and David made salsa today. It is delicious!

  1. Hi! We clicked "Next Blog" and came up with yours. We're a christian family too with seven children, homeschool, Huckabee supporters and very active in politics, and live on a dairy farm. We also do lots of gardening and canning, and dress like you all as well! I don't know where you're from but our garden is just barely getting going up here in northern Minnesota. Check out our blog at greenpasturesfarm.blogspot.com and if you're ever in the area stop on by! -the Krahn family

  2. Oh, I would have loved being there for the "salsa smashing"!! Oklahoma is drying up from lack of rain. The tomatoes are nothing like Tennessee tomatoes!! How about publishing your recipe?? Love you guys....Katie

  3. Krahn Family - Thank you for commenting on our blog. We enjoyed looking at yours also. We live in West Tennessee, so our gardening season is almost over now.

Hope - You know you could have some if y'all would come to visit. :) We loved the pictures of Patrick and Kayte on P's blog! I know y'all are thrilled to have J, R, and K there!

Tia - We would have loved to have you here, too! I'm sorry, but there is no real recipe for the salsa - just keep adding things until it tastes the way you want. :)
